"Even if they turn the lights out, the shows goin' on."

Ran 8 miles this morning. Slight drizzle and overcast. 66 degrees. Wore a long sleeve tech shirt that may have been a little heavy ( was pretty sweaty). No fuel belt or water....may have been a mistake.  Was extremely thirsty when done.  Trying to maintain a weekly goal of 23 miles a week avg.  Last two nights I've been able to sleep through the night.  Nooch has had an ear infection since last friday in his left ear ... that is the side that does not have the tube in it anymore.  We may be scheduling another session with the E/N/T doc to have his tubes replaced. Keep running strong.
